In central London Christmas lights start appearing about a month before Christmas and ends around around the first week of January. Here are some places where you can photograph these.
Starting at Bond Street station, walk to South Molton Street to see the bright blue arches.
Then walk south to Davies Street which continues into Berkeley Square to see the spectacular Christmas decor in front of Annabel’s, a private members’ club.

Either walk or take the tube to Covent Garden and walk around Apple Market and South Hall.
Finally, either walk further east to the luxurious 5 star Rosewood London hotel near Holborn tube station or take the tube there. Look at the impressive facade and walk into the courtyard to see the hidden Christmas trees. You can treat yourself to an afternoon team or a drink at the bar there.
I hope you have enjoyed the festive walk!
